ABB (Allman Brother Band) is a Fortune Global 500 multinational, headquartered in Switzerland, which is mainly operating in Robotics and Motion, Power Grids, Heavy Electrical Equipment and Automation Technology areas. The Swiss-Swedish multinational was founded in 1988 and houses approximately 147,000 employees worldwide.
For an organisation like ABB, it is crucial to have aligned goals for the wider roll-out of a SCF program. Capital Chains supported the analysis for the SCF potential, the internal requirements gathering as well as the selection criteria for partner/vendor selection in the various countries. Based on our work, ABB will be able to offer a broader set of supply chain financing solutions to their supply chain, enabling growth and stability for all players involved.
