  • Supplier segmentation is key for the roll-out planning
  • Identifying low-hanging fruit as well as those suppliers that are critical to the buyer
  • Legal aspects of SCF, what types of contracts are there in a typical SCF structure
  • Deal perfection / Asignment of receivables is of critical importance
  • How to setup the buyer on the platform, what elements need to included
  • Supplier on-boarding, the key to any successful SCF program –> best practices
  • Describe the business as usual, what needs to be done on an ongoing basis
  • Preparation of pilot client pitches per sub-group and discuss the setup with the entire group to improve the success ratio
